Added Child Theme Support

I added child theme support for my Simon WP Framework.

Here’s how to use the child theme:

  1. Download Framework & Install
  2. Download Child Theme & Install
  3. Activate Child Theme
  4. Enjoy

Normally child themes only need a stylesheet to function, but this requires 2 more support files.
